Max: Well, maybe big weighted NDXers like CSCO, INTC, AMAT and QCOM are giving some clues on the BPNDX. They certainly did not have such ugly and reliable reversal patterns last year at this time. Other big NDX pigs like AMGN, MSFT, DELL seem to have or are topping here.

If you look at the RSI on the BPNDX, you will see that the only time that an initial roll that started with the RSI above 70, where it didn't continue to break down was the 9/11 rally. Considering the amount of intervention going on at the time, I believe that it was an anomaly, as were so many other things about that rally.

I was merely pointing out that as the BPNDX rolls we have the potential for a significant peak here. I think almost all agree the prop job lasts thru the election so not looking for much downside yet. but our day will come.
