drugs are the cause. Drugs don't help, but I see them as a symptom of the problem. The Ghetto problem in our big cities are the main domestic problem in the country, IMO. They have turned into a training ground for our prisons. I will never forget Walter Williams, the black Economist and Columnist, jewishworldreview.com when he appeared on the PBS News Show "Leherer", and said, "I could not have done a better job of destroying the Urban Blacks than the Liberals have done, if I were the Grand Klegel of the Klu Klux Klan!" The Liberal participants just about had heart attacks. But these ghettos are controlled politically by the "Black Caucus" types, and the last voice any of them want to hear is from some old white guy! That is why I have worked in the past for School Vouchers. Anything to give these kids a way out. I see the exact same philosophy applied here in Hawaii to the Polynesian kids. "You are not doing well because of the White man," is what they are being told in school and by their leaders. It is a real shame, with no good solution.
