Sounds like what I figured earlier. If we can't get an agreement, hold off walking away from it until after Nov 5th. If the Dems come off with a win of the Senate and House, Bush could be in trouble with going ahead. I think we would see a lot of pressure from them not to invade if we cannot get a UN agreement.
