Definitely not St. Helena. Nor the Midwest, either.

The BS Bar & Grill is in cyberspace New Orleans. The best cooks in the world live in New Orleans, and the best cyberspace cooks in the world live in cyberspace New Orleans.

Coincidentally, my favorite bar (but not bar & grill) in New Orleans is the Napoleon House, which was offered by the mayor of New Orleans to Napoleon when he went into exile. He never made it, but the name remains.
