Senate staying Dem is the Judges> Why, Bill ?

Both parties have been playing "Gotcha" on Judges. When Clinton was in, the Republicans would not approve Dem Judges, and now the Dems are doing the same to Bush. That is why Bush is asking for a deal.

In the meantime the Judicial system is way understaffed.
