If everyone continues to nurse his grievances, real or imagined, not much will
change.

Very true.

I am not nursing grievances. If grievances are under discussion, I can discuss them, but I am not nursing them, and have let them go unless and until they are brought up by others. Or others act in ways that make clear that they continue to nurse them (such as the ongoing jabs by certain posters).

If you can persuade others, too, that nursing grievances is not the way to go, I think it would be a good thing.

At one point, you thought so, too. I'm not sure whether you still do. But I do note that you didn't set any preconditions for a seat at your table of reconciliation, the way others here seem to want to do.

Can't argue with that. But, may I ask, what outcome would you expect if CH were to apologize? How would things change?

That's a straight question. I've pondered it a bit and I can't come up with anything remotely resembling a prediction.
