still underappreciated here in the states.

unless u live in NJ (I dont). I sometimes drive there (2 hours each way), to get "real indian food".

Not really :-) that list describes "North Indian/Moghul" food. there's many more from the east/west/south parts of India that vary in taste. Unfortunately, most restaurants only serve the northern cuisine.
