try the korean "sun-something" rice. Its equally good.

Me too... with a slab of yellowfin Tuna and Wasabi topping it..

Sticy rice is more a recipe, than an actual rice (though the Japanese use glutinous rice)

Try making some Oyako or Katsu Don-Buri. It's basically a Japanese style omelet with chicken or deep-fried pork over sticky rice:
