There's no need for a theory here, Karen. I'm from a Christian background, generally come from a place where if you do someone wrong, you apologize. Then the burden is on the other person to forgive and encourage the moving on. There have been a number of ocassions in which I have apologized to people, notably jla and X. At that point it was up to them to accept and move on. jla was able to do so. X was not. I was telegraphing, now I am out-and-saying that I am willing to forgive and move on if an honest apology is forthcoming from CH. I hope my "style of ornamentation", whatever the heck that means, makes this post understandable.
