Hi Semi, Hope all is well with you. Hope all is well with past numbers here as well. I just hate to see that "other personal reasons stuff". Too often the case of "firings" labeled euphamistically. It would be very rare in this sector however. Some sharp people just don't need the stress of the cycles in this sector. No doubt the layoffs and freezes are tough to deal with - especially at the CFO level.These are the poor schmucks who must conger up the necessary degree of cuts needed to survive. Cohu almost lost John Allen and then he decided to stay - never did get the real scoop. A good job in this market is a treasured thing to have. Best of all Bob
