Saddam has set the rules and he shouldn't be surprised when his rule of toughest guy wins ends with him dead in a bunker [or, on a good day, escaped into Syria].

Moslem terrorists set the rules and they should expect tit for tat too. Their bodies would make good spare parts banks - there's no need to send them back to Chechnya. Unless tissue compatibility is best found in Chechnya of course.
