Does anyone understand the background of the relationship between the company and Mr. Pfeffer? I realize I am sounding awfully skeptical before knowing all the facts. Normally I'm able to find some information about a person investing $3 million in a public company. I see no other SEC filings nor any financial institution affiliations. I find it odd too that the lawyer is in Los Angeles, while the company is in Salt Lake and the investor in Florida or Maryland. I must have missed some background on Mr. Pfeffer. Peter Kevin K.
