a Muslim precept I hesitated to post on your experience with your Iraqi client. Anyone who does direct sales in California learns to shut down on immigrants. Just does not pay to deal with them. If you mention this is passing conversation, you are immediately classified as a racist. Perhaps you become one. But the real reason is just profit. If you cannot do business with a certain kind of client, and you can identify that type of client, you would be a fool not to do so. So immigrants who can be identified by the spelling of their name get the benefit of getting less direct sales calls to set appointments. :^)
