<"And you shall love your friend as yourself"> Yes, and people blow that off... like, wait a second... I'm not going to do what I'd do for myself for my neighbor... thats stupid... I take care of me first! Well of course you do... love thy neighbor as they self because he IS you... the kingdom of heaven is within ALL OF US. Many historical and current religions bow to each other signaling the recognition of that part of each and every one of us IS god... IS heaven. He's not some ass-hole in the sky with a beard... It may be as simple as some great force field connecting the universe... it may be SCIENTIFIC! God may be gravity! WTF do we know! [Except Maurice... he knows... well, whatever]. Buddhists don't "Follow" Buddhas teachings as in "do this don't do that". He specifically says DON"T do that. The entire field of ZEN is devoted to being in the moment, and staying OUT of your scripted up-bringing and all the crap you learned growing up.... seeing reality. Sounds evil eh? dAK
