Hey, the Doctors can find me more annoying than the people on this thread do! Yeah, I go in with an aggressive attitude, stay calm about it, and ask for what I expect to have done. I think the Kaiser here on the Islands is one of the oldest and most established, and the Doctors have really impressed me.
