Well, this whole incident and it's fallout have been about differing assessments, hasn't it. Why should this be different? <g> That is why I was interested in speculation about how an apology might play out.

If you used an example other then mine, since my 3d identity has been breached, but used the example of a poster whose alias was still holding and could not be identified by anybody here, there would be no basis for suit because there would be no person injured in any way.
