It sounds Searle like the Russians figured out what it would take to seriously incapacitate people in the theatre and then doubled that amount because there was no margin for error as far as taking out the goons with the explosives before detonations could be started. I suppose the key to getting a reputation as a decent prophet is to make outrageous predictions and then hope one comes over!
