There is a theory that earthquakes are caused by clearcutting, therefore I am the guilty party since I prescribed lots of them (in Oregon, where the was a nasty quake just after I moved to Alaska).

Glacier recession causes the land in Juneau to rise about 1/2 inch a year. Glaciers melt due to global warming. Global warming is caused by clearcutting, therefore earthquakes are caused by clearcutting. Makes sense.

Not.

Dear TG: Oh GAWD, dont bring that up, election HASNT EVEN happened yet and MEDIA is saying there may be a number of lawsuits afterwards due to the closeness of so many races. Damn lawyers will screw up our DEMOCRACY. Living in Fla. I went through this BS just 2 years ago, now it looks like will have to do it again. Our state spent hundreds of millions of $$ replacing PERFECTLY GOOD voting machines with these new fancy contraptions, now the complaint is no one knows how to use them. Will it never end? JDN
