That's what happens when the solution is irrelevant to the problem. The problem is illiterate morons being allowed to vote, and thus being manipulated by charlatans, and a passionate internal enemy. The problem is vote fabrication, not denial of participation.

The solution ain't improved voting devices, it's improved voters.

Florida, like a number of other states, is just beginning to address the real problem. The solution will take years...
