Some people do, other's have them without as much thought as one would give to throwing out a used piece of kleenex. Sad, but true. Those kids don't have a chance, and unless we're willing to do some cruel things, like forced tubal ligations and castrations, I don't see how society can fix the errors the bad circustances these kids will be born into. You can't force people to be good parents, to have jobs, to take a helping hand, you can only offer them the way.

As for Tenet and the CIA, they have a great deal to learn. Just because they don't know, doesn't mean there is no proof.

People who got messed up following the military can be helped, I believe now, if they want it. You or I just cannot make them do things in their best interest.
