And fund flows are NOT contrarian now..imo they are in a bull market not a bear rally, however extended it may be like 1-2 1/2 months.

You may be right.

The other thing that can be a factor is the lack of interest in launching IPOs. In the bull market days, there was huge supply coming to market that soaked up so much of the inflows. That is the one of things that could disrupt the scenario that you have indicated.

I guess time will tell.
