The credit crunch is ending. How do I know? From my remote outpost here, in a small metro area about 400 miles northeast of Fut Wuth, trucks towing a bulldozer on a trailer are becoming a common sight, especially along the main commercial strip where an old motel is being demolished. Several new restaurants (one chicken, two chinese, one steak, one Subway sandwich) are under construction. All within the last 3-4 weeks. Wonder what things look like elsewhere. With zero percent financing, there's going to be a construction boom. PB
