Aw M, I'm just trying for a rise ;o) Of course that post was hyperbole (though the details were factual). More to the point though I'd love to see more frequent driver testing and stricter testing. It always makes me irate when they have a 2 or 3 day 'seat belt' blitz on (read fundraiser) when all they need do is plant a few squads under an overpass near a merge to reel in one dangerous driver after another, make some real coin and actually not be so ineffectual.... The other day I was beside this guy with the headphones on shakin' a home made morracas to the beat while driving... Thank god his phone didn't ring LOL... regards Kastel
