Tell me about it, just looked at a "Character House" in the Fernood area of Victoria and they wanted $350,000 for a place that smelt like a 200 year old prairie farm house and only needed about an additional $200,000 in renovations just to make it habitable. And these are the affordable houses, it's gonna be default city over the next decade...and oh how I love shorting the banks. Cheers!
