No, actually, Reagan was about 5 when they carved Mt. Rushmore. T. Roosevelt was still an accepted American myth at the time. He's a joke today, bur you can't revise Rushmore...

I'll give you a clue. "Checks and balances" have NOTHING, and should have nothing, to do with social and economic forces in this country.

I would say you suffer from a lack of education. Our entire system of government and way of life if dependant upon limiting the power that any single individual or group exerts. That is the purpose and magic of the Constitution, checks and balances.

I don't get the analogy at all. Mt. Rushmore is fine just as is. Besides, Reagan has an aircraft carrier and doesn't need a rock.
