Go about 3/4 of the way down in the postscript document that comes up here. There's a graph of unemployment rates in the US, UK, and OECD since 1995. The peak US rate was 10.7% in 1982.
That was 2 years after Reagan took office. Its subsequent sharp drop should not give liberals comfort about their chances against Bush in 2004. :-)
