I would still like to know how bills are passed. It will give me an understanding of who has the juice. 435 House or 100 senators or??

For example:
"It isn't important to know exactly how laws are passed. Briefly, Congress makes them up based on majority rules in both chambers, "

Like...who initiates bills? What if the House passes them and the Senate rejects them. etc etc.

Bilow...I don't expect you to take your time to address these items if its not convenient.
