Hi LB - here in the BS Bar & Grill, we make coffee just the way you want it. Pesticides, no pesticides, environmentally sound, not environmentally sound, whatever you like. Personally, I drink original Cafe Du Monde coffee and chicory or French Market coffee and chicory, depending on what I can get. mdb.icorp.net frenchmarketcoffee.com Very black, very bitter, very strong. Good for the liver. Stimulates bile, acts as a diuretic, keeps you regular. I can always find one or the other at a store that has a large Vietnamese clientele. The Vietnamese like it, too. I make cafe au lait, and can't live without it. Of all my vices, this is the only one I've never been able to give up.
