Dear C: Hurray, Hurray, FINALLY we got Republican control of all branches of govt. People ask HOW did it happen, I have heard only ONE commentator state the TRUE REASON. He said THIS: People are FED UP TO HERE (pointing to his neck) with the Democrats putting THEMSELVES FIRST over THE INTERESTS OF USA. He ticked off the following things: 1. Holdup of Homeland Defense 2. Holdup of Judges (ie wouldnt even let them to the floor for a vote) 3. Wellstone DEBACLE over a MEMORIAL service 4. ILLEGAL appointment of Lautenberg in N.J. to replace Torecelli. While he DIDNT say this IMHO he should have blamed it ALL on one man DASCHOLE. ONE MAN tried to RUN OUR COUNTRY and he isnt even the President. One man kept votes off the floor IN A DEMOCRACY. One man encouraged EVERYTHNG the gentleman stated above. This election is starting to make me feel BETTER about politics. Regardless of the future the AMERICAN PEOPLE clearly showed AT THE POLLS we expect elected officials to be AMERICANS and NOT DEMOCRATS. Thank the Good Lord. JDN
