differences make a market. imo he's going to beat on his chest for at least another 15 months and save the bomb-dropping for the next election. after all, war-mongering sure seemed to work for them this time 'round.

patron, Why do you think the Republicans wanted power at this point in time. These folks are not stupid and know the results of the after shocks of a bubble economy that was created with debt and over capacity. I suppose they could think they can solve these problems or get some conservative legislation in place for the rich and famous. The Democrats really did not put on a fight in the areas where they could have had some success like the economy, unemployment, etc. Interesting times.
