The controversy is what "3G by Qualcomm" means. I think there are some phones that say "3G by Qualcomm" that Sprint still doesn't support for Vision. I'm not sure about this, does anyone have a Sprint kyocera phone like 2245. Does it say 3G by Qualcomm or Digital by Qualcomm. If the former we know it is not offered as Vision. Still Qualcomm may be right that it could do 3G even though Sprint doesn't support it for that phone.

if Digital by Qcom doesn't mean 1x then the Samsung N400 is not 1x. I can't believe that Sprint is not selling anything but 1x phones currently--except for closeouts.
