I think austin real estate is holding up just ok.They're bldgng everywhere.

Real Estate still seems on fire here North of Memphis....suburb called Bartlett. Memphis is having a tough time due to all the bad news about the school system.....almost everyone I talk to lives in the County and not in the City (of Memphis) limits.

Interesting morning shaping up, here.

My daughter is awake. Time to go.
