As the Big Guy said in his newsletter this morning: "The other thing I dont get is that to use BREW (on Verizon) you have to buy a cdmaOne phone that uses 14.4-Kbps dial-up when you can purchase a 1X phone and plug it into a notebook computer to get 40-70-Kbps data service. BREW phones should have been 1X from the start.
