It appears the rebuilding process of the democrat party is underway. Mr. Gepheardt has agreed not to run for his party's leadership position in the House. Ms. Pelosi will take the lead. There will be others who must pay the price of failure. I think the democrats now realize that Mr. Bush is one of the best politicians to come along in some time.

Some of these SI debates are like fights in old westerns...a fight starts and the whole bar joins in. Not really knowing what the fight is about, but it's a fight. You talking about this one? Subject 50472 The fight in that thread started two years go and is no closer to a resolution than the day it started. The third new thread has been started to try to resolve it (SMBR was one). That thread is about the 6th or 7th attempt. I should know. I'm the archivist for one of the sides. I keep the proof of how bad the bad guys are. :-)
