The recent "foot and mouth" debacle (which started from army canteen food) was covered up of course and senior officials tried to blame the source of the disease on remains of exotic Chinese food. Several senior ex ministers and the party chairmen are now placed correctly. In jail. It can take out a good number of the Nations enemies that way.
