Gee, and I thought that the only "qualifications" for voting had to do with age, citizenship, lack of felony convictions... So do you not vote on that which you feel "unqualified?" I rely on other best sources to analyze and summarize their impact so that I may vote as best I may. Interesting that you admire Clinton's physical characteristics such, that you are convinced people voted for him on that alone. Does it then go to say that Bush lost votes for his horrid little weasel face, and not just his cretinous mis-articulation?
