I'm gonna remain skeptical for the time being. The deal reminds me a bit too much of this one: corporate-ir.net That said, I do get a sense that Ryan may be well be doing nothing more or less than his level best to salvage this company. I still think his effort is ultimately doomed, thanks to that awful financing deal necessitated by his predecessors' squandering of the company's cash, but I have to give him credit for trying. Not that any of this make ZIXI a buy anywhere above 50 cents right now.
