yes, it upsets me, because as a tax payer I'm funding his existence for 20 years. The cost of 1 bullet/rope/injection is much lower.

Condor, He joined the Taliban of his own free will, and had every intention of participating in terrorist activities against the US, which is evidenced by his declaration of his allegiance to Osama Bin Laden. IMO, all terrorists bent on murdering innocent Americans, should be summarily put to death, and that includes John Walker Lindh.
