Hi Judith. I wish SW Florida would cool off just a bit, I want to buy some property down there. My wife's family lives mostly around Venice.....not much to do, but close to Sarasota. Real Estate in Memphis (outside the City Limits) is hot. Builders must be making money.....cause they continue to build. My wife and I even bought a brand new home....what a change from owning something old. Our 4 year old likes it, so that's good. Best of luck to you --- hope you sell a bunch. The snow birds should start flocking. David

Hi JUJU I'm thinking wouldnt it be strange if Dell tops them all and we get together once more for a party in Austin Jan is fine and does all her work and record keeping upstairs> is 900 sq ft with bath etc. With nothing worthwhile going on in the market, I use the resulting pain and sufffering to work on this place. Something like what Bo is doing .Am up to about 6 brdm and three baths - nothing fancy, since the kids are gone, but 3300 sq ft in all ( we need room for 3 cats and dog) Made the garage big enough for an airplane, but never got one of course, as the market crashed. Started writing a letter to my Congressman, asking him to please suggest to Mr Greenspan that after a long and illustrious career, that he now move on to the humanities, set up soup kitchens and shelters fo distressed investors. Man them with unemployed brokers and fund managers. Yes, there quite a few of the old Dell crowd around, but not posting so much. Met JBN 3's wife at last meeting,along with Donnie and the Smiths. She reads but doesn't post. Glad to hear you still hanging in there. After a miserable day I like to look forward to dances etc brockton.tv Sig
