I have used 95, 98 and 2000 and 2000 is by far the best of the three. I haven't seen anything about XP that would make me want to switch to it.

Win 2000 and XP are the same except XP has more bells and whistles. XP pro is mostly for networking, but is fine for home use. XP was developed from the 2000 base program. 2000 is ok over 95, 98, & ME. If your changing operating systems on an old computer remember that drivers can be impossible to switch sometimes. Especially if scsi is involved, like on hp scanners.
