i had some HP all in one issues when I went to XP but the HP tech doods were really helpful. It was a BIOS issue in my case

also...XP is not DOS-based (according to someone I talked to once)..this gives it an advantage (according to someone I talked to once)

I need to upgrade from Win ME to something. .. anything!!
I have reached the end of my rope with ME!

Will I have a 'driver' problem?
Will the drive end up being wiped clean before installing?

Should I have any real problems?

I just hope I can get some of the existing software back and running. ..

Thank you,
Joe
