Bob, I really don't know any one else to ask about company business than the people involved. Take Ted's question about version of soft ware. I would write Jeff Multz and ask him about the product strategy. and if I were not satisfied I would go to some one else. There has to be a reason for any changes made - and only the ones making the changes should have the answer, time tells if the change(s) were correct. I have had questions in the past and have asked company people at Firstwave -I have not been disapointed in the response(s). Buddy M
