Weird upon weird - the judge who transferred Malvo from juvenile jail to adult jail is Charlie Maxfield, an old buddy of mine. Hard ass wannabe.

Jeest, even weirder. His court appointed attorney is Michael Arif? Yikes. Poor Malvo. Arif is a nice man, but he's no Peter Greenspun.

Go to bed, CB. Malvo is a dead man walking.

CB--Just read the article about the NY Firefighters you posted, tears welling in my eyes...and then down my face...and then found what you said at the end....Thank you. And yes, they and the others that are here to protect us truly grace us.

n't read this stuff without crying. are so fortunate to have such men gracing our presence.
