I admire your skepticism regarding any Nokia comment - even a quote admitting to a contractual payment liability.

The manner and detail of how they get paid is generally summarized in the 10K's or 20-F's of the various infra providers. Infra is seldom if ever billed "cash on the barrel on delivery." (using Ben G's phrase). If any infra manufacturer recognizes revenue to early (billed before customer is willing to pay according to terms of the master contract) an investor can spot it by increased AR. Best, - Eric -
