Well for this legal mind. Those words mean that the UN can spend all the time they like while they seriously violate their own assess. But while that goes on the PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH can do whatever.... HOW do I read that as a contract or law??? Yes PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH has agreed to allow all the UN to assess. SO I say "VITORIOUS PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH" SO show me words in the document that stops PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH from taking any action.... What is does is it defines all those things that PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH can interpret as a clear and present danger to the USA.... And do you know what that means??
