Your movie list says that you believe in the triumph of the human spirit. My husband loves Metropolis, too, but his favorite movie of all time is Nosferatu. He also likes The Golem, and The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari. His favorite modern movies are The Sixth Sense, Koyaanisqatsi, The Wicker Man, Drowning By Numbers, Until The End of the World, The Crow, Saving Private Ryan, A Man for All Seasons (more than 25 years old), The Name of the Rose, and Das Boot. His movie list says he is intrigued by the dark side of the human condition.
