"Reign of Fire" was a strange Movie. I really enjoyed it. It is a good example of how far we have now come with special effects. The Dragons were real. It did not get the "Word of Mouth" I would have expected, and had a short run in the theatres.

I'm VERY picky about fantasy. Most of it is, well, too fantastic. :)

I didn't see Reign of Fire. My impression from the previews and reviews was Rambo meets Dragonslayer (another one of the few good fantasy movies out there). Ehh. I might rent it to see it without spending 6 bucks.

If you like fantasy, have you seen Reign of Fire? We missed it in the theater, and it did not stay long, but it's top notch. About dragons taking over the earth, and people fighting back for survival.

No, I didn't see it, it sounded too ridiculous. Steven Den Beste had some fun speculating on just how ridiculous is this idea exactly, and how would your average dragon do against your average A-10 "Warthog"? Not surprisingly, his money's on the Warthog.
