Max, I agree 100% that Saddam will never accept the resolution. But that doesn't mean he won't PRETEND to accept the resolution to buy time along the lines Steve Lee outlined.

i've heard the "he's hard to find" argument before, but i have a difficult time believing it on account of the media seems to know how to find him. -g/ng-

don't we have an intelligence agency that's supposed to be able to do this kind of stuff? we've been tracking him for a decade, we should by now be able to figure out where he is at least *some* of the time.
