Instead "Kenny Boy" looks to the street like the Bush crowd gave him a pass due to complicity.

This statement is untrue. If you have evidence, let's see it, otherwise, you're simply misreprenting the facts to support your liberal agenda.

Press conferences by the current prez are a joke. Mostly because they don't exist, he doesn't take questions, and is obviously a nullity. The decisions are made in the back room by non-press-conferencing Cheney et al.

Actually, I find the press conferences to be a breath of fresh air. You may remember the previous administration, in which press conferences were nothing more than a series of lies. While Bush himself doesn't take questions often, Rumsfeld and Fleicher have BOTH been extremely forthcoming about issues which are suitable for public consumption. But the overriding factor is that when the Bush administration speaks, you know you're getting the truth. The previous administration was comprised of pathological liars from top to bottom.

Action to impeach this prez should have begun on 9/12/2001.

Is it your contention that every time the country suffers a surprise attack that we should impeach the president? Should FDR have been impeached on 12/8/1941?

Go through every department of government as if it were the failed operation that it is, identify the outputs, scale the inputs to what's needed, fire any failed leadership to get true public servants, and likely achieve 50% reduction in government. Then cut taxes accordingly, concentrate on an Information Government that is transparent and fully discloses every public dollar, program and individual.

I.e., go back to the primary purpose of government, common defense and arbitrating disputes,

Sounds good but its probably politically impossible Also you would have to change the civil service laws.

making an example of Enron would have sent the right signal.

Enron has gone bust, its officers have been indicted, its auditor has also been indicted, and it has not been made an example?
