Even the companies that appear not to be making deals ARE making concessions to get listings. Are you active or have you been out of it a while? Still, most people believe they get more for their money if they pay a high commission. This simply isn't so. Thing is that most people haven't figured it all out yet. But more and nore are. The Internet is the great equalizer. Jim
